We have a selection of en-suite single and double bedrooms available to choose from on our beautiful Canterbury campus. The price includes a full English or continental breakfast.
Single bedroom £60 per night Double bedroom £90 per night
We do not have family bedrooms. The maximum number of occupants is one per single room and two per double room, this includes children and is to ensure that we remain within the fire capacity of the building.
Accommodation is subject to availability and available to book until the 15 August 2025.

Available to book from Tuesday 2 September until Friday 5 September. The flats are ideally located a short walk from the catering and exhibition space in the Tennis and Events Arena. Book a double en-suite bedroom within a flat with between 4-9 bedrooms. Each flat has a shared kitchen/social space equipped with a fridge/freezer, microwave, oven and tea and coffee making facilities. These rooms do not have air conditioning. These bedrooms have one key per room, if you are booking for double occupancy and would prefer two keys please book our Turing accommodation.

Available to book from Sunday 31 August until Sunday 7 September. Turing our newest accommodation is situated on campus and is just a 10-minute walk to the conference meeting space. The bedrooms are set within blocks of en-suite single bedrooms and blocks of en-suite double bedrooms, arranged in flats with 7-9 bedrooms. Each flat has a shared kitchen/social space equipped with a fridge/freezer, microwave, oven and tea and coffee making facilities. These rooms do not have air conditioning.

Check in is from 3pm and check out is by 11am.
Turing College guests to check in at Turing College Reception.
Park Wood guests to check in at Park Wood Administration Reception
If you arrive after reception opening hours, please contact Campus Security using the phone/call point located outside your reception (or call direct on 00 44 +1227 823300) to let them know you have arrived to collect your key and they will come to reception and give you access to your room. Once you have collected your key there is no curfew in place and your fob/key will allow you to access your accommodation 24 hours a day. Bedding and towels are provided, and there are laundry facilities near each of the accommodation blocks for your convenience. There is free onsite parking please ensure you request a permit in the booking process.
Pre-book your evening meal on campus
Pre-book a 2 course self service meal between 6pm and 7.45pm in one of our catering outlets for just £16 per person, limited availability.
Arrival information will be sent out out a few weeks before the conference, which will include breakfast locations, times, receptions address and contact numbers.
If you have any accessibility needs, dietary requirements or you require a parking permit, please let us know at the time of booking.
