The University of Kent’s Degree Congregations and Awards Ceremonies will take place at Canterbury Cathedral from Monday 27 July to Friday 31 July 2026.
A range of bed and breakfast and self-catering accommodation is available on our beautiful Canterbury campus from Sunday 26 July until Saturday 1st August 2026 inclusive. Bookings close on Thursday 16 July 2026.

Earlier check-in is not available. If you require a check-out later than 11:00am, an additional night must be booked. These times allow our Housekeeping Teams sufficient time to prepare rooms for incoming graduation guests.

If you arrive outside reception opening hours, please contact Campus Security using the phone/call point outside your reception, or call 01227 823300. Security will meet you at reception and provide access to your room. Once checked in, there is no curfew and your fob allows 24-hour access.
Breakfast
- Keynes College guests: Breakfast is served at Keynes Café and Kitchen (Keynes College) from 7:45am to 10:00am.
- Park Wood accommodation is self-catering only and does not include breakfast. Kitchens are fully equipped.
Terms and conditions
- Written cancellations received 72 hours or more before arrival are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations within 72 hours of arrival will incur a 100% cancellation fee, although substitutions may be permitted.
- Any costs arising from excessive cleaning or damage during the stay will be charged to the person who made the booking.
- Payment must be made online at the time of booking.
