Welcome to the Accommodation page for on-campus accommodation during your Pre-sessional course. Please read the information below very carefully before booking your accommodation.
Applicants need to apply for a Pre-sessional course before booking accommodation. If you have not yet applied for a Pre-sessional course, click here to apply for a course.
When you book your accommodation, you will need to provide your application number (you receive this when you apply for a Pre-sessional course). When giving details of your name, you will need to use the same name that you provided when you applied for a Pre-sessional course.
You have a choice of two types of accommodation: standard accommodation (shared bathroom) and en-suite accommodation (bathroom in your room).

If you would like to be in a room near a friend, please note this in your application, but please be aware that we cannot guaranteed this.
Please look at the types of accommodation carefully before selecting your choice, an administration fee will be charged if you wish to change the type of accommodation. Cancelling your accommodation may result in charges, please refer to our terms and conditions for further information.
The accommodation start and end dates for the 6 week course are as follows:
6 Week course – Arrival from 1500 hrs on Thursday 11 July 2024 and departure prior to 1000 hrs on Saturday 14 September 2024
Please note that the bed will be made up with linen on arrival. Please take this to the accommodation reception and exchange it for clean linen, as and when required. Please note that towels and kitchen equipment are not provided. The communal kitchen and shower rooms will be cleaned by our Housekeeping team on a weekly basis with ensuite private shower rooms being cleaned every two weeks. It is the responsibility of all guests to clean their bedroom.
