Welcome to the Accommodation page for on-campus accommodation during your Pre-sessional course. Please read the information below very carefully before booking your accommodation.
Applicants need to apply for a Pre-sessional course before booking accommodation. If you have not yet applied for a Pre-sessional course, click here to apply for a course.
When you book your accommodation, you will need to provide your application number (you receive this when you apply for a Pre-sessional course). When giving details of your name, you will need to use the same name that you provided when you applied for a Pre-sessional course.
You have a choice of two types of accommodation: standard accommodation (shared bathroom) and en-suite accommodation (bathroom in your room). As your arrival to campus falls during term time, the accommodation location will be notified in April 2025 and you will be allocated with existing year-round students. Once term time ends, please note that you will be required to relocate to a different accommodation block on the morning of Saturday 14 June 2025 and will be allocated with other Pre-Sessional students. If you would like to be in a room near a friend, please note this in your application, but please be aware that we cannot guarantee this.
Please look at the types of accommodation carefully before selecting your choice.
The accommodation start and end dates for the 16 week course are as follows:
Arrival from 1200 hrs on Saturday 17 May 2025 and departure prior to 1000 hrs on Wednesday 24 September 2025
Please note that the bed will be made up with linen on arrival. Towels and kitchen equipment are not provided. The communal kitchen and shower rooms will be cleaned by our Housekeeping team on a weekly basis. It is the responsibility of all guests to clean their bedroom and ensuite shower room and to launder their own bed linen.
